7 Months Old!

SO, I am WAY behind this month! It has seemed to be a hectic month, but it is probably just me. Well, this month has been interesting. Joshua has really taken off with the crawling thing. While we were in PA for Christmas, at Mamma's and Poppa's, he had cousin Adam to watch and lots of others that he had to keep up with. He pulls himself up to things and walks along the coffee table and the couch and other things. He kind of walks holding our hands, but he's not too good at that yet. He had his first tooth come in this month, just yesterday the 29th actually, too. It has just barely broke the surface, but you can feel it when you rub your finger on it. Joshua's hair is finally starting to thicken and darken so you can actully tell he has hair. He is really becoming such a little person, instead of a baby. He got sick in the last few days and it has been a challenge. He has a very sore throat, according to the doctor, and has had a fever as high as 104.3. He was put on antibiotics and a decongestant, cause he has had a cold for a while, so he is slowly getting better. He has been sleeping pretty well though when he does sleep. He is learning to feed himself finger foods, and loves food all together. His appitite is definitely getting bigger, but he really hasn't chunked up at all. He will crawl back to his room and play with all his toys in there all by himself. It is really funny. He is pretty independent, but can definitely be clingy at times too.

On another note, Peter is graduating with his bachelor's degree on April 7, 2007. After that, at the beginning on May, we will be moving to Ridgecrest, CA. Peter has gotten a job with NavAir, in China Lake,CA. He will be working as a civilian for the Navy, and going through a 3 year certification to be a contract specialist, so basically he will be working with purchasing stuff. (At least that is what he has been kind of saying, if I understand it right) So we will be in CA for 3 years and then we will be able to decide if we want to stay or we can go work for other parts of the government or with someone else doing the same type of thing. So we will see where the wind blows us when the time comes.
